Georgia PAS Chapter President’s message Spring 09

Greetings Georgia Chapter members,

I am delighted to tell you about two upcoming events this spring. The first one is the Day of Drums. This event will be held on April 25. The line-up will include Bill Bachman, Johnny Rabb and Chris Patterson, Rafael Pereira and Kenny Aronoff. The second event is the 2009 Mill Creek HS Day of Percussion. The featured clinicians will be Kevin Bobo, Adam Blackstock and Ignacio Berroa. Please check back to the events page for more details.

If you have any percussion related events coming up, please let us know so that we can post them on the site. The officers of the GA Chapter are working hard to stay in touch with our members and advise the Chapter about upcoming events. We are also making an effort to support as many statewide percussion happenings as we possibly can.

I would like to encourage each of you to continue to spread the word about PAS and STAY INVOLVED! As we near each new event and challenge, please continue to support PAS and our percussion community.

I am excited and honored to continue to serve you and invite you to contact me or any of the other officers with any feedback, thoughts or comments you may have to help us serve our Chapter better.
