Making Hotel Reservations
Once the Percussive Arts Society has received and processed your PASIC registration, you will be sent a confirmation email with a code and booking instructions on how to reserve your hotel rooms for the PASIC 2012 rates listed below. If you do not have your code when you are ready to reserve your rooms, please contact the PAS office at 317.974.4488 or pasicreg@pas.org.

For companies or groups reserving 10 or more rooms, or if you have any questions about reserving rooms online, contact Jerry Esters: jesters@austintexas.org or 866-645-0605.

On September 17, final rooming lists for all hotel blocks must be received; unconfirmed rooms will be released. Any hotel room released after September 17 will be charged a $25 cancellation fee per room.
