PASIC Banner Policy

Starting with PASIC 2012 in Austin, Texas, Percussive Arts Society is implementing a new banner policy and requirement for all Artist Sponsors. This policy comes after much consideration and discussions with a committee of Sustaining Members and Sponsors.

In order to maximize the limited banner space on stage and to insure fair and equal exposure, PAS now requires that each Artist Sponsor provide a free standing, height adjustable horizontal banner stand; maintaining the 3' x 5' banner size requirement for on-stage performances and sessions. This policy will be strictly enforced.

PAS will no longer allow the hanging of banners off the pipe and drape.

For your convenience, PAS has negotiated a discount from a preferred supplier to assist you in purchasing the proper banner stand. More information about this new policy and an order form for your banner stand is located in the 2012 Exhibitor Packet.
