Missing a Publication?
Publications are mailed out the end of the month prior to the publication date. For example: The August issue of Percussive Notes is mailed out the end of July. You should receive your publication within the first two weeks of the publication month. However, international & overseas mail may take longer.
Non-receipt of a publication:
All claims for non-receipt of a publication must be submitted within two months of the publication date. Publications requested after the two-month claiming period are $15.00 per issue for Percussive Notes and $10.00 per issue for Percussion News. There is a surcharge for issues shipped outside the USA, Canada & Mexico; $5 for 1-2 issues and $10 for 3-5 issues. If a claimed publication is out of print and a claim has been submitted within the required two month claiming period, your membership will be extended for one month per missed publication. Missed publications due to an incorrect address will not be replaced free of charge. To keep your publications arriving in a timely manner, please notify PAS of your change of address at least 30 days in advance of your move by either telephoning PAS at (317) 974-4488, sending an email to percarts@pas.org or sending a card or letter to: Percussive Arts Society, 110 W.Washington Street, Suite A, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
